How to find your bracket or mat number
The easiest way to find your bracket and mat number is:
Go to the Competitor List for your event.
Search for your child’s name.
Click their bracket.
Look for “Area” or “Where” at the top of the page. If there is a mat number, that means it has been assigned to that mat. If it says “Unscheduled” or “Unknown,” that means it has not yet been assigned to a mat. Brackets are assigned to the mats around 15 minutes before the division’s scheduled time.
Outside media
Photographers and media will not be permitted inside the competition area unless fully approved by Dream at least 2 full weeks before the event. Please email dreambjj@gmail.com for media approval.
Age verifications
We reserve the right to ask for age and belt verifications to maintain the integrity and fairness of our events. Checks may be at random.
Keychains
Age 4, 5, and 6 competitors who do not place in their division will receive a complimentary keychain at the podium, featuring the same design and ribbon as the medal.
These keychains will also be available for purchase at the Prize Table for $5.

Team points
White Belts
Gold = 9 team points
Silver = 3 team points
Bronze = 1 team point
Grey, Yellow, Orange, Green Belts
Gold = 12 team points
Silver = 4 team points
Bronze = 2 team point
Limit 1 coach per competitor during a match
There can only be ONE person coaching a competitor at a time from inside the competition area.
If multiple people want to coach the same competitor, they can do so from behind the barricades, but not inside the competition area, even with a coach wristband.
This is to make sure all competitors have a fair experience hearing their designated coach.
Venues
We are at a few different venues this year! Always double check the location on the event page on our website before signing up, and before heading to the tournament on event day.
Weigh ins
Weighing in shirtless is not be permitted, and stomachs must be fully covered.
Schedule
The time listed on the Official Schedule will be the time that the division is called to the bullpen.
Food and beverages at the event
Per all venue regulations, food or beverages (other than water) may not be consumed inside the arena or at the bleachers. They may be eaten outside and in the hallways only.
Mat assignments
To know if a bracket has been assigned to a mat, click the bracket, and look in the top section where it says “Area.” If a mat is not listed there, then that means the bracket has not yet been assigned to a mat.
Matches are assigned to a mat around 15 minutes before the bracket is called to the bullpen.
