Kids Gi & No Gi: March 14-15, 2026
Saturday - Gi has sold out. The only way to register for Saturday - Gi now would be to keep an eye on the competitor list using the steps below. If the number of competitors for Saturday - Gi drops below 1150, that means a spot has opened up and you'd be able to sign up like normal:

Our Sunday - No Gi divisions are still open! When you sign up for both Gi and No Gi, the second division is 50% off, and you do not need to sign up for both at the same time to receive the discount.

Dream is back with another two day event! This event will feature both the “R” medal of the 2026 D-R-E-A-M Kids Gi medal series and Kids No Gi Edition.
For the past 9 years of Dream Kids tournaments, every event has sold out as quickly as 23 minutes after opening registration. Always register as early as possible for any Dream tournaments to secure your child's spot!
ONLY follow the Official Schedule below, even if you see a different time in Smoothcomp. We follow this specific schedule, which does not change throughout the day. We will also label each individual bracket with their Official Schedule time.
When a bracket is assigned to a mat on the event day shortly before its scheduled time, Smoothcomp will show a time that is different than what is on our Official Schedule, and we have no way of removing that feature. Please IGNORE that time.

Search for “Titan Gymnasium” in Apple Maps or Google Maps so that it directs you straight to our event instead of somewhere else in the school.
Parking (UPDATED AS OF 2/3):
The venue will not be charging for parking during the weekend of our event! Woohoo!
Venue rules:
Please do not eat inside the arena or bleachers. Eating outside and in the hallways is permitted.
Please throw trash away in the designated trash bins.
Please do not touch anything on the walls of the venue.

Saturday, March 14: Kids Gi
Sunday, March 15: Kids No Gi
Spectators:
Each competitor gets one free wristband each day they compete. Additional spectator wristbands can be purchased at the door on the day of each event:
Saturday only: $10
Sunday only: $10
Both days: $15, non refundable, available for purchase on Saturday only
Weigh Ins:
Competitors will weigh in on each day they compete.
There will not be any weigh ins for No Gi on Saturday. If you are registered for both or for No Gi only, you must weigh in on Sunday.
Maximum capacity:
Gi: 1,150 competitors
No Gi: 1,150 competitors
No Gi Skill Divisions:
No Gi brackets will be separated by solid belt color. Competitors will be able to register up in belt level if they’d like.
Theme:
Pokemon: Eeveelutions
All competitors will receive a complimentary themed shirt, poster, and pokeball that can be picked up at the Prize Table at the event. Gi items can only be picked up on Saturday, and No Gi items can only be picked up on Sunday.
Don’t forget to pick them up! We cannot mail any shirts, posters, or pokeballs after the event.

This means that if you sign up for one division, you will receive one shirt, one poster, and one pokeball.
If you sign up for both Gi & No Gi, you will receive two different shirts, two different posters, and two pokeballs. They have different characters in them, so you should be able to get two different Pokemon if you check it before leaving the Prize Table!
The deadline to guarantee your shirt size is February 13 @ 11:59pm. After that, registration will still come with a shirt but will be picked from the sizes we have available at the event.
Cancellations:
When a competitor has to cancel, we will issue a credit for the original amount paid. We do not issue refunds for any reason.
For this event, all cancellations must be done by emailing dreambjj@gmail.com with your child’s full name and which division (Gi, No Gi, or both) you are withdrawing from.

March 6: Last day for changes / cancellations
March 7: Last day for registrations

Registration closes on Saturday, March 7 at 11:59pm or when we reach maximum capacity, whichever is first.
Pricing:
Early bird pricing until February 9
One division: $72
Two divisions: $108 (second division is 50% off, automatically applied at check out)
Normal pricing until March 7
One division: $82
Two divisions: $123 (second division is 50% off, automatically applied at check out)
NOTE:
If you register for both divisions and withdraw for only one of them, you will be given a coupon code for the discounted second division price ($36 early bird, $41 normal).
